Training Review - Week 37 - Sept 10 to 16
Another disappointing week.
My whole week turned in to just commutes, two crappy trips to the pool and a short run on Sunday.
One of the muscles in my back has been spasming for the best part of a week now. Even when I am just sitting watching TV, as relaxed as I can be, it is still twitching away. That is affecting my sleep and giving me alignment problems when biking and running and is completely ruining any attempts at swimming.
Short on swim miles this week and the problems with my back are concerning. The yoga session helped for a couple of hours but it was twitching away again before bed time.

Wednesday - Commute ride to office 7.1 miles in 30 mins.

Thursday - Commute run to office 6.9 miles in 1hr 5 mins.
Friday - Commute ride to office 7.1 miles in 28 mins.
Commute ride from office 7.1 miles in 32 mins.
Stretching and rollering.
Saturday - Swim at bucksburn 1,200m in 23 mins.
Sunday - Yoga session 34 mins.
Dyce run 2.6 miles in 20 mins.
Actuals - Swim 1.3 miles (2,200 m). Bike 42.6 miles. Run 16.4 miles.
