Training Plan - Week 40 - October 1 to 7

I have the numbers listed for this week but I am going offshore at the start of the week and not completely certain of when I am getting home.

That will almost certainly wreck my swim numbers but I should hopefully be able to make up most of the rest once I get back onshore. 

The bike numbers are slightly lower from this week as I am meant to be focused on running and speed work. 

Targets - Swim 2.2 miles, Bike 36.0 miles, Run 14.0 miles.
Stretching session x1, Core session x1, Weights session x1.

Physio sessions x1. Yoga session x1.
